Graduate Job Opportunity: Sales Specialist

Full Time | Office-Based | Hilton Herbs, Somerset  

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for horse care and an interest in natural animal health? Would you like to begin your career with a leading brand in the natural animal supplements industry? 

Hilton Herbs, a trusted name in equine and pet health, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role at our headquarters in North Perrott, Somerset—ideal for someone looking to build a career in equine sales, product support, and commercial development.  

About the Role: 

This is a unique opportunity for a graduate who wants to combine their technical knowledge with customer-facing, commercial, and product responsibilities. You’ll support our stockists, ambassadors, and end users while also contributing to sales growth through product training, business development and market insight. 

Although this is predominantly an office-based role, you’ll have regular contact with our UK and international stockists and some travel will be required.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively assist in developing B2B sales opportunities and account growth 
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing stockists and support new trade customer onboarding 
  • Process orders and act as the key contact for B2B accounts 
  • Deliver product knowledge training to stockists, sponsored riders, and retail partners 
  • Assist in developing training resources, product information packs, and commercial materials 
  • Contribute product and customer insights to the sales and marketing teams 
  • Work with the marketing team to create blog and social media content for customer education and engagement 
  • Accurately track and report on your success in team meetings 
  • Represent Hilton Herbs at trade events and shows when required (some evening and weekend work will be required) 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • A degree in an equine-related subject (e.g. Equine Science, Equine Nutrition, Equine Business, Equine Management), or extensive equine experience 
  • Strong understanding of equine care and the needs of horse owners and professionals 
  • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with both trade customers and horse owners 
  • Interest in sales, product support, and the commercial side of the equine industry 
  • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn—ideal for a graduate-level candidate 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, especially with marketing and customer service 
  • Some customer-facing or retail experience would be an advantage

Logistics Assistant

Full Time | Office-Based | Hilton Herbs, Somerset 

Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about the equine industry? Would you love to be part of a company dedicated to the health and wellbeing of horses and animals around the world? 

Hilton Herbs, a trusted name in natural supplements for horses, is looking for a motivated and reliable Logistics Assistant to support our growing operations team. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role based in North Perrott, Somerset, perfect for someone looking to build a career in logistics and supply chain within the equine and animal health sector. 

About the Role: 

As part of our friendly and passionate team, you’ll support our Global Logistics Manager to keep everything moving. From processing orders and managing shipments to supporting export documentation, you’ll play a vital role in getting our products from our UK base into the hands of horse owners, riders, and retailers across the world. 

Whether it’s fulfilling a large B2B order or making sure a horse owner in the US gets their favourite supplement on time, this is a hands-on logistics role with a purpose. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Global Logistics Manager with daily logistics admin and coordination 
  • Process B2B orders, including via Amazon Vendor Central 
  • Assist with the preparation and checking of export documentation 
  • Track international and domestic shipments, updating internal systems 
  • Communicate with couriers and freight providers to arrange collections and deliveries 
  • Liaise with customers to confirm delivery slots and provide status updates 
  • Use Excel to manage order and shipment data, ensuring accuracy and consistency 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • An interest in horses, equine care, or the wider animal health industry 
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills 
  • Confident using Excel and quick to learn new systems 
  • Clear communicator, comfortable dealing with couriers, customers, and team members 
  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team 
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is a strong advantage but not essential 
  • Some experience in admin, logistics, or supply chain is helpful—but we also welcome fast learners with the right mindset and enthusiasm
